I explained that my approach consists of 2 sessions because not everybody is able to stop smoking in one session. If you will stop smoking in one session you don’t have to see me again. If you want you can have 2nd session for stress reduction or weight loss.
Usually it takes only one session to stop smoking.
During an hour and a half hypnosis session Tammy was comfortably sitting in a chair, listening to my voice. I was suggesting her that smoking is a poison for her lungs and she has to respect her lungs. After repeating a dozen of times a hypnotic phrase ” You are a non-smoker and will remain a non-smoker for the rest of your life” I finished the session and asked Tammy if she is a non-smoker. “Yes!”she said, smiling.
About 4 months passed since Tammy’s hypnosis session. Today she has no pain, she feels fantastic. Her craving for smoking is gone. She became a happy non-smoker with hypnosis in Brooklyn NY!
