How can you lose weight with hypnosis?
You can lose weight without hypnosis but you need to be very disciplined which is not an easy thing to do. You probably tried many diets without success. This is not your fault. Any time you try a new diet, you resist to it because your subconscious doesn’t want you be changed. Only if your subconscious will accept suggestions to eat healthy food and eat smaller portions, your body will start losing weight.
The truth is you can’t eat healthy food and eat smaller portions because you can’t control your cravings. That’s why you gradually become overweight more and more every day. Good news is you can lose weight without any diet or pills or Gym. All you need is eliminate your craving and develop a healthy food eating habit. That’s it. Hypnosis helps to quickly eliminate any negative habit in one or several sessions.
How does craving elimination with hypnosis look like?
Here what happens to my weight loss clients in my office:
- A client fills out an intake form and sign it. (about 5 minutes)
- I ask my client about his or her craving and how much weight they want to lose (about 20 minutes talk)
- We do simple tests for suggestibility, for example I ask my client imagine that one of her hand is heavy and another one is light. (5 minutes)
- I explain to my client that hypnosis is a deep comfortable state of relaxation and my client hear every my word while in hypnosis. ( 1 minute)
- I induce hypnosis by counting the numbers or giving the instructions , for example: relax your face muscles, relax your neck muscles, …( 5 minutes)
- When my client is in comfortable and peaceful state of deep relaxation I will give him or her my positive verbal suggestions to eat healthy food, to eat less food, to stop eating junk food, to be satisfied with smaller portions… (about 15 minutes)
- I finish giving my positive suggestions and start counting again from 1 to 5. At number 5 my client opens his or her eyes feeling great. All cravings for sugar and junk food are gone now.
As you see my typical weight loss session is about 1 hour. Notice how easily it is. The whole hypnosis session you just sit in a comfortable chair and listen to my voice. That’s it.
Why do you need more sessions?
Some people are very talented for hypnosis and they accept all suggestions for weight loss. Some people still reject some suggestions, for example: if you can’t jump from eating 5 times a day to 3 times a day, after hypnosis you can eat 4 times a day. Each session makes you stronger and slimmer.
